Step 1: Caller underwrites potential deal for LOI/Presentation in Shark Tank
Step 2: Shark Tank tests the Callers original assumptions to see if we can move forward
Step 3: Deal gets signed up and under PSA
Step 4: As soon as Step 3 happens, Chris & Guzy to create a copy of the callers model, this is now the new
model we use to make any changes to assumptions during the DD period
Step 5: late in DD Chris & Guzy convert model to 100 club for final presentation to committee
Step 6: Fund Committee signs off on final assumptions and a budget/forecast is born for the acquisition
Step 7: 100 club model is updated post-closing to reflect actual closing items.
